Before you write

It helps to know roughly when the house was built, how long you’ve owned it, and what’s on your mind — a specific worry, a project you’re weighing, or just the sense that things are slipping. A paragraph is plenty.

We work with a small number of homes at a time and aren’t always taking on someone new. If we can’t help right now we’ll say so directly, and we’re still happy to answer the question you wrote in with.
